Description
Councilman Wall presented a communication, enclosing a letter from the Traffic Manager of the Plant r.r. co. inquiring if it was deemed advisable by the Board of health to require certificates of vaccination from passengers from Havana who land at Tampa via their line. In the same communication Councilman Wall urged that the city maintain a vigilant and effective quarantine; called attention to the traffic manager P. r.r. co., to the effect that certificates of vaccination would in every case be required from all passengers arriving from Havana; and the city attorney was requested, with the assistance of the Committee on Sanitation to prepare an ordinance in reference to the compulsory vaccination of all children in the city.”
