Leo Jobsis Rossignol is currently a third-year student at New College of Florida. Hailing from the Virgin Islands, Leo studied for an extensive period of time at the University of the Virgin Islands in applied math. Transferring to New College in Spring 2015, Leo is currently working towards a dual degree in history and economics. When not overburdened with coursework, he spends his time reading, SCUBA diving, and enjoying the Florida air.
